Need a good handywoman/caretaker
Looking for long term position in small resort, family business or retrofitting and updating an apartment building or something similar to get to the rental stage. Broad experience in: renovations and repairs, food services, office practices, RTA regulations, computers, cleaning and groundskeeping. Would like a position where my duties would be varied. Need on site accomodations. Looking for long term in small community. Excellent health and references. Have all my own tools and can relocate with a minimum of two weeks notice. Good sense of humour, honest and superior work ethics.
